The time to prepare for how to respond to a crisis is before you're in one. In this Jolt session, Bill Carmody reviews the only three things that matter in a crisis. Using JetBlue Airlines' Valentines Day Disaster as our case study, Bill will illustrate what happens when you correctly implement each pillar to mitigate the fallout of a crisis. He will then use the same three pillars to explain why the US confidence in the police is at it's lowest point in 20 years regardless of age, education level, income, and race. At the conclusion of these examples, there will be time to workshop your own potential crisis using the three pillars to ensure you're prepared for any future crisis– regardless of how small or large it is.
