Amit Levavi is an Enterprise Software and Customer Success veteran. I started off as an SAP expert, implementing SAP for the Israeli navy, and then joined SAP. Later I joined Panaya, one of the first SaaS companies in Israel, as the first pre-sales person and pivoted to become the Panaya's first VP Customer Success. For over a decade I've been managing Customer Success organizations in 5 different SaaS B2B companies (WalkMe, Bringg and others). In 2020 I've founded, Questomer, which aims to become the standard for CS organizations.
