The recruiting processes in Hi tech companies are harder than ever. Most of the times there are many candidates who apply to a specific position and you need to stand out. It starts with preparing a professional & appealing CV that suits the role you are applying to and later on gaining the knowledge and right skills in order to pass interviews. We'll discuss about the structure of the recruiting process and the importance of understanding the role you are applying to, we'll learn how to present yourself as the most suitable candidate, we'll practice how to answer character questions in interviews and also get a deep understanding of the the interviewer perspective.
