Senior advisor in the department of education and business of Vayomar. Shiran began her career in communications at the age of 14.5, when she began broadcasting on the radio "Voice of the Red Sea" in Eilat. At the age of 21, she was the main produce. During her degree, she took an active part in the Student Union and served as the Association's spokesperson. Her love of rhetoric led her to "Vayomar", believing that knowledge of rhetoric and awareness of the power of interpersonal communication would lead to a better society.

In this Jolt session, Shiran talks about the value of oriented thinking and communication. We'll learn how to utilize this model when dealing with customer-facing roles and when mobilizing internal key stakeholders in large enterprises. You will learn critical skills in people management such as adopting a value-oriented approach, using consultative dialogue, and creating more focused, productive interactions with our clients.
