In order to gain these insights, businesses often use polls and focus groups. The question is, how do you conduct them right so that you trust their results, and can you do them at a minimum budget? In this Jolt, you'll discover a framework for conducting reliable polls and focus groups independently. You'll learn how to define the goal of your research, determine the best method for it (polls or focus groups), and plan its execution.
