More about

Writing a business plan is a vital first step when starting a business. It helps you get clear on your business proposition, your market, customers and competitors. A good business plan will show potential investors and business partners the strength of your business, and focus your efforts on developing your business. However, many people think that a business plan has to be a detailed 30-page document which will take forever to write, and as a result, they never do it. But this is not true! In this Jolt, you will learn about a tool called Lean Canvas and how it can be used to write a business plan. In the startup community, it is widely acknowledged as THE most actionable and practical tool for business planning. We will go through each part of the canvas, and you will have your first business plan written up by the end of the session. This session is for entrepreneurs or business owners.
