Meetings are the bane of your life. They never stick to a structure and the outcome's usually unclear. But it doesn't have to be this way. Alison will teach you how to use body language and physical positioning to optimise the role you play in each meeting. You’ll learn how to steer meetings and keep them on track - a blessing for all! Over the course of 90 minutes, this interactive workshop features an assortment of roleplay exercises designed to help you have your best ever business meeting. By the end of the Jolt, the participants will be better equipped to influence meetings and build authority and rapport with others. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOESN'T COVER: - social meetups - job interview technique (other than where you'd need to sit in interviews!) - personal body language [peer feedback on gestures that may undermine you and reading others through their body language: I do a different Jolt for that]

Questions this talk answers:

01

How where you sit in a meeting can impact on how others react to you.

02

One rarely used method that steers meetings and keeps them on track
