Keep it PRECISE:
- Things to consider writing about: What is it, exactly? What does it look like/taste like? Who makes it? (Background) When did you first try it? What makes it special? Why should I care?
- Things to consider avoiding: Extra words, Confusing Context: nothing that would take too long to explain,  Assumptions: never assume your readers will all know what you are talking about, even if it seems obvious.

Keep it FLUFF-FREE -
- It is important to remove extra fluff words, they are empty and distracting

   - 4-5 Posts to “Capture” someone
   - Same words
   - Same set interests
   - Same “tone” or “mood”. What are your “colors”?

2. Establishing Context
   - Background
   - Competitors
   - What it means for YOU

3. Outcomes: Goalpositing
   - Actions: For them? For you?
   - Whatever your GOAL is, theirs comes first

4. Authenticity
   - Ask: "Does this solve a problem?
   - But then ask… who does it solve it for? Who doesn’t it?
   - Who is your audience? Who isn’t?

   - Show, not tell
   - Useful & Informative
   - Ask for an Action/Activity
   - Remember: When we talk for too long, others get bored! Ask them to pause, think, share.

It's SEO plugin but it also lets you see a breakdown of what kinds of posts you use and what words you're using and if it is engaging people. it has premium and free version, the good news is that the free version gives you everything you need.
