We'll send you a reminder email containing a special link to join 15 mins before the class starts. This link will open the Zoom app direct you to the right remote Jolt Room.
It's a live video workshop for learning. You'll join a business expert and up to 13 other professionals for a practical, online class. There'll be exercises and discussions, just like a physical classroom, but you can join from anywhere. All you need is a good wifi connection, headphones with a mic, and a growth mindset.
How is it different from a webinar?
You'll be getting involved, not just listening. We’ll use chat and other collaborative tools to create a class that is fun, practical, and inspiring. The main goal - to give you a competitive advantage in business, from home.
You'll pay using the tickets included in your membership.
You'll need 1 ticket for a single session, 2 for a workshop and 4 for a mini-course.
How do I enrol to a remote Jolt?
Find the class you want to take on the timetable in your Jolt app, click into it, and sign up. You'll be able to see who else will join you in the class so you can connect with them ahead of time. Top Tip: if you click through to their Jolt profile, you can connect with them on LinkedIn from there.
A computer (preferably laptop), great internet connection, a quiet place and a set of headphones & microphone. Once those are sorted, follow the instructions above to download the Zoom app.
To get the ticket back you need to cancel via the app at least 48 hours before the jolt starts.
Yes. You'll be interacting with the teacher and other students so they need to see and hear you.
What should I do if something doesn’t work?
Step 1 — check your internet connection and make sure that Zoom installed correctly.
Step 2 — restart your computer.

If you experience problems whilst already connected to Zoom — there will be a Jolt representative there to help you, just like in the regular room.
