Why feedback is an essential tool for leadership?
What are the components of effective feedback?
How do you provide feedback that changes behaviour?
What to do if there is resistance to feedback?
How do we know when feedback is effective? What are the signs you should look for to make sure your message comes across? What can you do when things go wrong? In this session, you will learn how to provide meaningful and effective feedback to your manager, co-workers, and staff. By the end of this session, you will know the specific steps to take so your feedback lands correctly, what risks to avoid, and how to handle situations when your conversations don't go according to plan.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
Perfectly structured, well led and with very useful, easy-to-apply content. One of the best I've attended to so far.
Interesting and insightful! I love how the same principals can be relevant to multiple areas (feedback, negotiation, etc)
